We ship the goods to our majority buyers via EMS courier or registered Airmail. DHL, UPS and Fedex are also available with the request of customers.
3. Which countries will you ship? or unable to ship?
We ship out all order worldwide, no country except. If you see some items are free shipping, it means free shipping worldwide too.

The delivery takes only 21 days and is guaranteed, that means guaranteed through customs and guaranteed delivery to your door! Transaction between us is not subject to any taxes. Furthermore, you don't need to worry about customs seizure or insurance because we guarantee delivery.

6. What is your customs guarantee?
We divide your order into as smaller package as possible to avoid the examination of the customs. We ship all parcel with low value to avoid such charges. 99% of our customers receive their package without customs hassles.

8. How can I change or modify my order?
Please contact us via MSN or email as soon as possible. Of your order has not been processed or shipped, it is possible to modify your order. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes including cancellations.
9. Can I return the product?

Several conditions must be met before us will refund an item. We also offer partial refunds if conditions for a full refund is not met. Also note that some of our items are non-refundable. We only allow a complete refund for items that have problems caused by Vogueage. This means that damaged items not caused by us cannot warrant a full refund.
If the returning package doesn't include all the accessories and parts it was shipped with, the cost of the accessories and parts will be deducted from the total product price and can only warrant a partial refund.
